Yes, we ship both in USA, Italy and abroad. Worldwide delivery. Is the transport of the product safe and guaranteed to final destination?

Yes, the shipping costs include insurance and wooden crate packing. La Mercanti works only with qualified carriers and ensures the cargo till its final destination.

Do you offer White Glove delivery service?

We’re excited to offer White Glove delivery service in the USA and all Europe. It includes the inside delivery, uncrate and trash removal.

Will you assemble my new furniture?

Yes, we offer furniture installation service too. Our network of highly qualified installation partners is extensively trained and has first-hand experience with installing many brands. They install all products according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications as well as instructions from La Mercanti.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our delivery times change according to the order. Every product has a different production time. Transit time depends on place of destination.

The product arrived damaged… who covers the damage?

Our insurance covers damages during the transportation. Although we take every care to ensure your product arrives to you in pristine condition, on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit.
